We are seeking a team of energetic and professional brand ambassadors to execute a 6-month promotional campaign for a leading, nation-wide insurance agency

Program Description

We will be hiring a team of Brand Ambassadors in your market to work a variety of local events including small community events, festivals, concerts, sporting events, etc. This is a 6-month, part-time position with 4 - 6 events per week in each market. Each event will approximately range from 4 - 6 hours long.

Brand ambassadors will assist with grassroots, marketing campaign to create a positive and meaningful experience for the consumer. Teams will raise brand awareness through direct consumer interaction by engaging consumers in conversation, relaying key brand messaging and generating sales leads while promoting the brand.

Qualifications:

Must have previous promotional marketing; lead generation/sales experience.
Outgoing, approachable personality to interact with and engage consumers in conversation
Excellent communication skills to comfortably talk about the brand and relay key talking points to consumers
Professional appearance and demeanor to represent that brand in a positive manner
Loyal and dedicated to the brand, to the team and to the program
Dependable, punctual and reliable
Ability to commit to duration of the program (we will work with you to accommodate your schedule if you go to school or have another job/promotion you are working)

Dates and Location:

- Cleveland
- Training Starts on 4-23
- All candidates will be required to interview with the client prior to hire.
- Most of the events will run Thurs - Sun (both day and night shifts)
- You will receive roughly 4 - 6 shifts per week with most shifts being 4 - 6 hours long
- You do not need to be available for every shift and we can work around your schedule if you have other committments.

Pay Rate:

$17/hour
There will be a 2 week pay schedule throughout the promotion.
