Integrated marketing project manager will be responsible for the overall success of a wide range of projects of varying levels of complexity.
Accountable for project initiation and planning in support of integrated marketing campaigns and projects. This includes initial project planning efforts such as assisting with the development of project scope, defining project guidelines, obtaining approvals, and coordinating internal and external resources necessary to successfully complete the project.
Overseeing the creation and deployment of campaign concepts, tactics and assets with internal and external partners, and assisting with managing the media plan.
Collaboration with the line of business and manager to define target audience, purpose and KPIs.
Once a project is set in motion, the project manager is expected to communicate major milestones, facilitate team meetings, identify potential impediments, prioritize tasks, and conduct regular status meetings to review project activities.
Assistance with managing project timeline and line of business media budget.
Nearing project completion, obtain feedback to assure that project efforts meet customer expectations for agreed upon schedule, cost and objectives.
Minimum of five years corporate marketing experience. Integrated marketing and media experience would be ideal and is very strongly preferred.
Ideal candidate will possess or be able to rapidly develop a keen understanding for businesses supported in order to gain the trust needed to successfully consult on campaign strategy and effective tactics.
Ability to effectively collaborate across internal & external business partners, lead cross-functional team meetings, influence idea development and decision making progress.
Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate critical facts, plans and progress to various constituencies.
