Stoneleigh Companies is an entrepreneurial multi-family owner/developer/property manager who is expanding its national portfolio of institutional grade apartments. We are seeking an individual to fill a marketing position in the organization.
This individual would be working specifically in the Waterford Residential branch of the company. Waterford Residential is the property management affiliate of Stoneleigh Companies, a fully diversified real estate development company. Waterford Residential currently manages 15 multi-family housing communities in Texas, Florida, Colorado, Tennessee, North Carolina and Arizona. The company is developing an additional 6 properties with over 1,500 units in the next two years that require comprehensive marketing coordination during the construction process.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and approve ads, brochures and other marketing materials focused on building the brand of Waterford Residential and our new series of urban projects.
Understand branding, the importance of brand standards, and be able to direct others to follow the Waterford Residential branding guidelines.
Analyze marketing materials to ensure that they are accurate, creative, and effectively designed for a specific market; provide comments and direction to the marketing team; and approve final product.
Review and approve all promotional materials on a timely basis.
Manage companys digital assets including company Web Site(s), Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest. Specifically focus on social media interaction with properties across the country and maintain a current presentation through established processes.
Analyze marketing materials to determine their effectiveness and value in the individual markets.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 1-3 years marketing experience preferably in the multi-family arena
Undergraduate degree required coursework in: marketing, graphic design, and/or real estate is desired.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Some experience with the Adobe suite of graphics products is preferred, but not required. Specifically, this includes: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of how visual design contributes to an overall brand identity to create original and compelling communications in an ever-changing market.
Analytical skills required to evaluate cost versus value of marketing expenditures.
Possess the creative design skills necessary to provide improvements and direction for marketing materials.
Must be a self-starter, and have the ability to communicate and interface effectively with all levels of the organization, its properties, and vendors in a manner that consistently produces results.
