Overview

The goal of our Transaction Advisory Services Practice is to develop a deep understanding of our client’s needs to provide exceptional M&A advisory, accounting, and financial due diligence services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technical aspects of pre- and post-closing M&A engagements
• Execute financial due diligence for financial buyers/investors (private equity and venture capital) as well as corporate strategic buyers from a variety of industries.
• Write clear and concise reports that cover all financial information relevant to the transaction including; Risks such as concentration of revenue & supplier concentration, normalization adjustments, and accounting methodology.

Qualifications
• CPA or CFA certification a plus.
• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in M&A advisory
