Duties and Responsibilities:
 
* Provide direct financial support to department managers that will assist them in achieving short-term and long-term business strategies
* Assist department managers with budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, analysis and reporting
* Support the development and maintenance of the station 5-year financial plan.
* Plan, organize and perform Outage data collection, analysis and reporting
* Perform ad hoc financial analysis for daily operational decisions
* Process journal entries
* Assist with invoice processing
* Performs other duties as requested or assigned


* 3 years minimum related experience in finance, business, or accounting is required.  5 years is preferred.
* Bachelors degree required.  Accounting, Business or Finance degree preferred.
* Experience in financial management and analysis; budgeting; forecasting; accounting standards and practices (GAAP) is required.
* Strong computer skills, with a demonstrated proficiency in Excel and Access is required.
* Excellent organizational; interpersonal; verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in an environment of changing priorities and aggressive deadlines
* Experience with SAP is preferred
* Aptitude and desire for continuous learning 
* Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed.  May include Saturdays.
