The Arizona is built tough to last...
But we wanted to put a little more under the 'hood'. While keeping that classic style we wanted it to have the features of our BC Models and Sedona Models...
So we added two thermocouples and two high quality Japanese designed Omron temperatures controls. Next we installed a data logging profile system and a Japanese made ADDKA variable speed drum.
